Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register on 55acc. All deposits on 55acc are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Withdrawals from your 55acc balance are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to prevent funds from being diverted to accounts that did not fund the original balance.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier — Bronze members use the standard processing queue while Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond members receive progressively faster processing.
Wagering requirement: Before any withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus wagering requirement on your account must be fully completed. Attempting to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement will result in the bonus balance being removed. Real-money balance that was deposited independently of any bonus is not affected by bonus wagering requirements and remains withdrawable.
55acc reserves the right to conduct identity and verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. These checks are standard practice and are conducted to protect account holders. Please cooperate promptly with any verification request to avoid delays in processing.

Wagering requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable real PKR. The applicable wagering multiple is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category — slots typically contribute at 100% while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate.
Validity periods: All bonuses and free spins have a validity window — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the offer. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
Bonus abuse: 55acc monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies to artificially complete wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, 55acc reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings.
Promotions are subject to change: 55acc may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after being claimed, affected players will be notified and any active bonus balance at the time of cancellation will be handled fairly.
Only one bonus can typically be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing wagering requirement may cause the existing bonus to be forfeited. Check your account dashboard before claiming a new offer.
The 55acc VIP program consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier upon making their first wager. Tier progression is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through wagering activity.
Points are awarded at different rates across game categories. Sports betting, fish games, slots, live casino, bingo and table games each carry their own points rate, which is published on the VIP program page. Points rates are subject to change.
VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, account manager access and bonus enhancements — are available from the start of the evaluation period following the tier threshold being reached. 55acc uses a rolling activity period to evaluate tier maintenance. If a game malfunction occurs — including disconnection, server error or display error — 55acc reserves the right to void the affected round. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction will be returned to your account balance. 55acc is not liable for losses arising from technical faults that are beyond the platform's reasonable control.
The 55acc sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and Pakistan national team fixtures — as well as football, Esports and other sports. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of an event. Bets placed before an odds update remain valid at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
Void bets: 55acc reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, suspicious betting patterns, palpable errors in odds, match abandonment or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake.
Maximum stakes and winnings: Limits apply to individual bets and maximum payout amounts. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation and may vary by event, sport and market. 55acc reserves the right to limit stakes for specific markets or accounts where necessary.
In-play betting: Live betting markets are offered on selected events. 55acc may suspend in-play markets at any time to ensure the integrity of pricing. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
55acc collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
55acc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, providing false registration information, age violation, bonus abuse or conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited.
Where an account is closed by 55acc without cause attributable to the account holder, any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned promptly.
55acc provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 55acc shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use; losses resulting from technical malfunctions outside our reasonable control; or decisions made by players in the course of gambling or betting activity.
